6 Minutes in the Morning: The Science of Daily Tracking for a Longer Life

People who live longer share something modern medicine has taken decades to recognize: they measure. They don't wait for symptoms. They don't wait for their annual check-up. They track their body's vital signs as regularly as they check the weather before going out. And science now shows that this habit adds years to one's life.


The three parameters that predict longevity
