Five usage profiles. A single device designed to meet every cardiovascular and lifestyle need.
Monitor morning and evening as directed by your cardiologist. The Pulse 3 stores up to 90 measurements with date and time — each check-up becomes more productive thanks to accurate and already organized data.
One button. The voice reads the result aloud. The large screen displays it clearly. With the Pulse 3, there's nothing to learn—it works right out of the box, it always works, even without glasses.
With each measurement, the Pulse 3 analyzes heart rhythm. A visual and auditory signal alerts you if it detects an irregularity. This is not a diagnosis; it is a warning sign that could change the course of a cardiac event.
Two completely separate profiles with 90 measurements each. The caregiver measures, the voice reads, the data is saved — no papers, no transcription errors. And for those who are young and healthy, regular measurements allow you to catch an upward trend before it becomes a real problem.
During pregnancy, blood pressure changes every week. The Pulse 3 helps monitor it regularly—as recommended by your gynecologist—and stores each measurement with the date and time. It helps you stay calm and informed throughout your pregnancy.

Pulse 3 · Technical Sheet
Every technical specification is born from a single objective: to make blood pressure monitoring as accurate, simple, and reliable as possible.
Conforms to ISO 81060-2 · Clinically tested
The Pulse 3 is certified according to the international standard ISO 81060-2 for non-invasive sphygmomanometers. The standard requires an accuracy within ±5 mmHg and a standard deviation ≤8 mmHg for systolic and diastolic pressure. Documented clinical accuracy, not just marketing.
The Pulse 3 uses advanced oscillometric technology to detect oscillations in the brachial artery during cuff deflation. The proprietary algorithm processes the pressure curve and returns values with an accuracy of ±3 mmHg. More accurate than conventional manual readings.
With each measurement, Pulse 3 analyzes the regularity of your heartbeat while the cuff inflates. The IHB (Irregular Heart Beat) sensor provides a visual and audible signal if it detects an irregular rhythm. An early warning signal that can make all the difference.
Once the measurement is complete, the Pulse 3 audibly reads out systolic and diastolic pressure, and heart rate. The backlit display with oversized digits is legible in any lighting condition. No visual strain, no reading ambiguity.
The adjustable cuff fits arm circumferences between 22 and 42 cm without additional accessories. Ideal for all family members. The soft hypoallergenic material ensures comfort even during double or prolonged measurements.
The Pulse 3 can be powered via USB-C (cable included) or with 4 standard AAA batteries — available everywhere in the world. It never runs out of power: at home, on the go, in the hospital, or at the GP's.
The Pulse 3 stores 90 measurements for each of the 2 user profiles — with date, time, and indication of any arrhythmia detected. The history can always be viewed directly on the device, without an app or connection. Every doctor's visit becomes more productive with already organized data.
After each measurement, the display automatically shows the classification according to WHO (World Health Organization) parameters: Optimal · Normal · High-Normal · Hypertension Grade 1/2/3. You immediately understand the clinical significance of your data, without having to consult external tables.

FAQs · Pulse 3
Yes. The Pulse 3 is ISO 81060-2 certified, the same international standard required for hospital-grade arm sphygmomanometers. Its oscillometric technology detects brachial artery oscillations and guarantees an accuracy of ±3 mmHg — equal to or better than many arm devices available in pharmacies.
With each measurement, the Pulse 3 analyzes heart rate variability during cuff inflation. If it detects a significant irregularity in the heartbeat (IHB — Irregular Heart Beat), it illuminates an icon on the display and activates the voice alert. The IHB sensor does not replace a medical diagnosis, but it is a useful early warning tool to share with your doctor.
For accurate measurements, we recommend always using the same arm (preferably the non-dominant one, usually the left) and remaining seated with your arm at heart level. Alternating arms may produce slightly different readings, which is normal even with clinical devices.
The voice output is active by default. As soon as the measurement is completed, the Pulse 3 reads aloud: systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and heart rate. You can turn the volume on or off by holding down the function button for 3 seconds — the speaker icon on the display confirms the status. Useful in quiet environments or at night.
Yes, User 1 and User 2 profiles keep completely separate measurement histories — each with up to 90 values stored with date and time. To switch between profiles, simply press the select button before measuring. Ideal for couples or families sharing the device.
The Pulse 3 works with 4 standard AAA batteries (included in the package), or connected via USB-C cable to any power adapter. AAA batteries can be found in any supermarket or pharmacy in the world. The battery indicator on the display warns when it's time to replace them.
After each reading, the display shows a bar indicator with the World Health Organization classification: Optimal · Normal · High-Normal · Hypertension grade 1 · grade 2 · grade 3. This allows you to immediately understand the clinical significance of your data without having to search for reference tables.
The 2-year warranty covers the Pulse 3 device (body and display). The wristband is considered an accessory subject to wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty, but can be replaced separately. Our customer service is available in Italian for any needs.
If you're not satisfied with Pulse 3, we'll refund you, no questions asked. No red tape, no waiting.
